Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Recipe

To try something unique, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

Sake Martini

Yields one serving

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine

15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake

Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.

A sophisticated cocktail with Japanese flair
